Flipper Zero Firmware Cheatsheet¶
Overview¶
The Flipper Zero is a powerful and versatile multi-tool, but its capabilities can be greatly expanded with the use of custom firmware. There are a number of different custom firmwares available, each with its own set of features and benefits. This cheatsheet provides a quick reference guide for understanding and choosing a custom firmware for the Flipper Zero.
Official Firmware¶
The official firmware is the stock firmware that comes with the Flipper Zero. It is stable and reliable, but it has a limited feature set. The official firmware is a good choice for users who are new to the Flipper Zero or who do not need the advanced features of a custom firmware.
Custom Firmwares¶
Custom firmwares are developed by the community and offer a wide range of additional features and applications. Some of the most popular custom firmwares include:
- Momentum Firmware: A feature-rich and stable custom firmware with a wide range of additional applications and features.
- Unleashed Firmware: A popular community-driven firmware with many experimental features.
- Xtreme Firmware: A predecessor to Momentum, known for its advanced features.
Choosing a Firmware¶
The best firmware for you will depend on your individual needs and preferences. If you are looking for a stable and reliable firmware with a wide range of features, then Momentum is a good choice. If you are looking for a more experimental firmware with the latest and greatest features, then Unleashed is a good choice.
