Overview

Discord is a VoIP, instant messaging and digital distribution platform designed for creating communities. Users communicate with voice calls, video calls, text messaging, media and files in private chats or as part of communities called "servers".

Keyboard Shortcuts

  • Ctrl + K or Cmd + K: Open the Quick Switcher.
  • Ctrl + / or Cmd + /: Show all keyboard shortcuts.
  • Ctrl + E or Cmd + E: Toggle the emoji picker.
  • Ctrl + Shift + N or Cmd + Shift + N: Create or join a server.
  • Ctrl + Shift + D or Cmd + Shift + D: Toggle deafen.
  • Ctrl + Shift + M or Cmd + Shift + M: Toggle mute.

Slash Commands

  • /giphy: Search for a GIF on Giphy.
  • /tenor: Search for a GIF on Tenor.
  • /spoiler: Mark your message as a spoiler.
  • /shrug: Append ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ to your message.
  • /tableflip: Append (╯°□°)╯︵ ┻━┻ to your message.
  • /unflip: Append ┬─┬ ノ( ゜-゜ノ) to your message.
